The 4.06 don't have this feature with relay for local. But i have installed
to the 4.06 and i helped myself by setting it up this way:
relay only for the ip's from your mailserver and set up your cisco or what
ever to prevent your net from ip-spoofing then it should work but if you
have dial ins you also have to add those ip's.
Try it and have a look at your logs if anything is working fine!!
