OK, we've got three now. We need to unify our request. I really think we
need an API set. I think that is reasonable and accomplishable. I agree
about SSL, but I want to ask for just one thing... clearly and concisely. I
think we need an API set. Let Ipswitch define it. Help them get the
product to do what we want and they will sell more and we will work less.
Step One clearly define the need and get action, step two improve upon that
action by defining details. Who really thinks they are going to give up
control over the platform and let everyone make their own "Web Mail Soup"
and still have to support it? It is good thought but not realistic. Ask
for an API set.

I would like an API set. If we can agree on that Ipswitch will move, they
are too customer oriented not to. Then we can work with Ipswitch to define
it. First we have to get them to think about it and while we all ask for
two thousand different things that won't happen. I would prefer it to run
on IIS today, but what if IIS becomes a pay for product in two weeks would I
feel the same? No!

Now is the time for all good men to request....

(one voice) API
