Had one of our customers complain that they cannot get at their mail - and NOR can we! THeir clients machine - Outlook 98 - can ping mail.customer.com - can go in using 8181 which says SMTP is down. 8383 non responsive. All other mail servers work fine. Everything else is working fine.
