In our experience, no. IPSwitch appears to give the option of which IPs you
wish to bind to in the host configuration, but doesn't seem to let you
unbind them -- only modify what it listens for/etc. Another thing to keep
in mind is that, depending on the number of IPs on your mail server, you
take a performance hit when you start selectively binding. In other words,
binding to 75 individual IPs will create more overhead than just binding to
0.0.0.0:port does.
