Are you trying to login to a domain with or without an IP address? Have you
checked the KB if without IP?
Does the login work if you stop/start the Web Messaging service (Programs,
IMail, WebMessging Manager)?
Does your IMail system have a domain named 'machine.domain.name' and one named
'domain.name'? If so, your configuratin needs to be 'fixed'.
Does this affect all users or only one or a few? All domains?
Have you contacted [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your Serial Number/Service
Agreement Number and you problem, with name and IP info about your
system?
