The only way I know this could be done is to create a rule in the two accounts he does 
not want to receive the mail from the list that will delete it when it is received.  I 
do not think there is any other way of doing it.

By doing the above you are creating a lot of unneeded mail traffic.  I would ask them 
not to do this and just send messages from the one mail account.
