Gary,
The 'Owner' field is a complete email address. The Local Administrator field
is only a user account name. The Local Admin is the one who gets the 'Maintain
list - Listname' in Web MSG.
As for messages you get from the list and to send to, you do need to be
subscribed to the list if you wish to send mail to the list (if you have it
set for Subscribers). You should have ONLY your complete email address in the
user.lst and user.txt files (Addresses and Users buttons at the console).
Remove any address that is 'incomplete'.
