I have been running v5 for months without any problems. Yesterday all of a
sudden and for no apparent reason the mail server cannot deliver any
outgoing mail. Every outgoing mail delivery is now resulting in (for
example):

The server was delivering fine up until roughly 9:30am yesterday. At that
time I did a stop/restart of the system when I was trying to set up a
virtual host that would be based on an external database. I was having some
trouble getting an external database host set up and thought I may need to
stop/restart. Other than the host that was set up for external database
users, I did not make any changes in the configuration of the system (at
least none that I can recall).
Any ideas what might be causing this?
