don't run a webserver on your system and have it set as port 80.
I setup a mailserver that was nothing but a mailserver and that worked for
me.
But if you're using the mailserver for your webserver also, then that poses
a major problem. Frames, I think, would probably be the only way.

You must designate the mailserver to a specific IP then with your DNS point
whatever.domain.com to that IP for www.
