It looks like your mail is going to:
ibercom.com MailSite SMTP Receiver Version 2.1.6 Ready 

I cannot tell you whether that product supports ETRN.

In IMail you can telnet to port 25 the IMail PC from anywhere (including
from the IMail PC) to give the ETRN command.

By an "external" telnet program we mean that telnet is not part of
IMail.
