Len, basically just the same way you would if the domain was not
virtual:

v1domain.com    A       1.2.3.4
v1domain.com    MX      ms1.domain.com

v2domain.com    A       1.2.3.4
v2domain.com    MX      ms1.domain.com

where 1.2.3.4 is your web server.
