What else you have running on this box?  IIS4?  IIS3?
I think we hashed this out once before with no real solution.
I am running 5.06 on a POS P180 w/128MB RAM and
IIS3 with a chat server and ILS on the same box.  No
major CPU problems that concern me.

I rarely sit at the console on any of my servers though so
I could not tell you if it affects desktop performance.
