I did something similar: I had to move my previous installation due to a
space in the folder name (I used \Program Files\Imail in the first time), so
my advice is: the knowledge base recommends to backup the registry and edit
the file, instead of going through the registry. Don't do that! Some
parameters are "hidden" inside binary values.
The procedure, though, is simple: first, make a thorough backup
(registry, directories). Then, use the Registry Editor to look for any
occurrence of the original drive and directory, and change it.
