Michael, you have several options when doing this.   1.  To have all mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] sent to a specific box you could use the "Copy All Mail" option in Control Panel Imail/SMTP Security.  This would send all incoming and outgoing mail to the specified box.   2. Create a forward.ima file for each users box with the following: .,[EMAIL PROTECTED]   The period would retain a copy in the users box and send a copy to the valid address specified.   3. To have mail addressed to unassigned users sent to a specific box create an alias called "nobody" and forward it to a valid account in the format of [EMAIL PROTECTED]   A combination of Option 2 and Option 3 is what it sounds like you are looking for since this would send any mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] to a specified mailbox but retain a copy in their box as well.  Then any mail to unassigned users would go to the specified box also.   Dusty ----- Original Message ----- From: Michael M.
