Do you have a mail box size limit or is it at 0, if its set to specific size
it may prevent him from logging in if its over that. Also just check to make
sure he is not locked out of his account on the console. One other thing is
if he wants to keep his mail organized, set him up for and imap connection
when he downloads the mail it will download exactly like it is on the
server, folder structure and all.
