I am using IMail 5.05 and have not had any problems like this. I have used IMail
since 5.0 and it has always worked for us. Why don't you e-mail support and see if
they can help you on the set-up.

We are currently evaluating IMAIL and need to get this resolved so that we can make a
desicion as to which mail server to use.
