Usually when the Web MSG does not 'work' it is because you changed the port (often causing a conflict), or are not specifying the port in the URL. Open IMail, Web Messaging Manager. Does the status show 'running'? If not, then start the service. Is it still set to port 8383? If not reset to this port, stop/start service and use the port in the URL. If the service shows running, but still cannot connect with default port, go t a DOS \imail prompt. Type these 3 commands: net stop iwebmsg iwebmsg -remove iwebmsg -install Each line does: Stops running service Removes an installed service Installs and strts the service Any better?
