Yup!
The Docs on the KB site are right on.  The only thing I would add is that
they only give examples for a specific set of services.  If that will be all
you run then OK, but if not just apply the same technique to any other IMAIL
services that you will run.  The article also assumes that you will be
running packet filtering.  If you will not be needing packet filtering than
you can skip the examples about the filter definitions.  Imail works
flawlessly behind MS Proxy 2.0
