I'm running into the same thing using version 5.06 --I've re-applied SP4,
Stopped all monitoring and logs show nothing significant--it appears random
though the error is always the same.

I'm going down 6-10 times a day. Sometimes I'll restart the service--go to
the web messaging to test it and it shuts down immediatly before I can get
to the login screen.
