I am using SP5 and still have the problem. It is a new dedicated
450MHz PIII NT4SP5 128MB machine... no other major app running
on it at all. It is very bad. I may loose some business as a
result and it is making me think I may have to switch software
as much as I do like it, I simply cannot afford to have users
calling me complaining constantly. It is the only problem I have
with Imail. I was hoping version 5.x would fix this. I have been
waiting some months, like many others, for a fix.
I don't get Dr Watson errors. The web server app just takes 99%
of the processor and pegs until I can get it shut down. Everything
else just slows to less than a snails pace and users even trying
to get mail without the webserver just sitting there waiting all
day. If someone is not here to reset this, I arrive back with a host
of very unhappy users. It's been going on too long.
I am growing to be one very unhappy Imail operator.
