[IMail Forum] eml to mbx

anyone met an utility to convert Outlook mail files - *.eml (also used my
MCIS 1.0 to IMail mbx format?
mbx is actually a bunch of eml inside, i had little success in combining
these eml to one file. I need smth more automated to make my migration
process smoother

any help/advice will be appreciated
