I think we have DNS setup to point to our server with accurate MX record. Our mail server visible when using nslookup with command set type=mx
Our domain name is medannet.co.id and our mail server is telkom1.medannet.co.id

I'm newbie having problem with IMAIL Server 5.0
The problem is my mail server can't receive email from another host but we can send an email to another host.
 
Any suggestion? Please help...
