Dusty... I will send you that e-mail, but I will guess that it is just going
to be returned to me as "undeliverable"...
and as you can see by Bill's test, the reverse DNS is working fine (thank
god). All I can do is hope that the problem lies in the DNS from within
IMAIL as Bill had suggested. If not.... ???????????

The only thing I can think of, is that I'm using a external database
(access), that wasn't created by IMAIL. I took the format from one created
by IMAIL, and created one manually. Maybe, it isn't seeing my users
correctly? hhmmmmm.....
Does this sound like a possible problem to anyone?
Maybe I should create a new database (VIA IMAIL), and see if that works.

Here are the lookups I did for vertca.com...all looks well. This is using
a search for all available records.
What I would do next is to verify that you have the DNS numbers typed
into Imail correctly (no extra spaces or no commas, should look like this
209.153.199.2 208.153.199.3 )
Then make sure that the host name is vertca.com and use the alias as
mail.vertca.com.
Reboot the server and try to trace and ping to the mail server from the
outside. I did both to your server and reverse lookup worked. It definitely
is in the configuration of Imail somewhere. Your name servers are definitely
aware of the server and IP address. Check the smtp security to be sure it is
set to relay for anyone
