[IMail Forum] reinstall IMAIL 5.03 URGENT

hello any one out there,
                                      what we are trying to do is reinstall imail 5.03 
on the previous installation, it does not ask for upgrade,
its asking for fresh upgrade will that affect our user mail boxes and virtual domains.
