There are a few things ADDDOMAIN doesn't let you specify on the
command line. When I installed IMail, I configured it for external DB.
Now by luck or design, if I leave out the -u parameter, it defaults to
external DB.
ADDDOMAIN also doesn't let you set the max message size, so my
program also goes in and sets the registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IPswitch\IMAIL\domains\{newdomain}
key MaxRcv to the value I need.
