Hi Dusty,   Here are the exact steps we folowed, it happened to us 2 times so far:   Ok, these 2 incidents are basicaly the same. Here's exactly what happened: ------IMAIL Administrator------- 1- Left Clicked on the vhost 2- Left-clicked on the user I wanted to delete 3- Right clicked on the user, selected DELETE USER 4- Confirm delete - YES 5- Remove Directory C:\IMAIL\USERS\username$? - YES 6- All virtual domain are erased, registry key DOMAIN is cleared as well and C:\IMAIL is empty. :( We got an unlimited user license for Imail 5.06.   The third time, Imail didn't delete C:\IMAIL but only erased the registry key DOMAIN. (we had a backup tho). Here are the steps we folowed:   ---IMAIL Administrator---- 1- Left-clicked on the vhost 2- Left-clicked on the account I wanted to modify 3- Under the TAB Properties, clicked 2 times on the password field 4- Entered the new password 5- Hitted TAB and re-entered the password 6- Clicked on APPLY 7- OOPS - I entered the wrong password (its the password of an other account) 8- I double click again on password field 9- Enter the good password, hit TAB, re-enter the password 10- Clicked APPLY 11- Notice something weird - the APPLY button is still Active, its not grey shaded as it should be after I clicked on it 12- Well, I'll take no chance, I'll delete the user and remake it. 13- Right-clicked on the user, selected DELETE USER 14- Confirm Delete - hitted YES. 15- A Window pop-up, it ask me if I want to delete C:\IMAIL and all subdirectories (he??) I hit NO! 16- Now its impossible for me to access other users in the domain. 17- Closed IMAIL 18- Restarted it... no more users/aliases in the domain I was working in. :( We tried to recreate the bug, with no luck tho. The server runs on an NT4 Server SP3. And yes, we tried SP4 and SP5. It was still doing it.   Jonathan Marchand WebNet inc. - Internet Service Provider
