Helen, I would suggest not checking the option to Refuse NULL Senders.
This actually causes more grief than it does stop spam. Just about all
MTA's will use the NUL sender envelope for delivery failures. And there
is a RFC that states one should accept NUL sender envelopes. Most
spammers that use this technique will get around this another way.
Just a suggestion on my part.
If you are concerned with spammers using this method you might
consider implementing filtering with rules. It takes a little work on your
part but it works well if set up right.
