What do the log files show for attempted deliveries? Unable to resolve
host? Try putting the virtual domains in the hosts file in
winnt/system32/drivers/etc
in the format of
hostname.com XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
where the XXX entries is the actual IP address of the Imail machine or
virtual domain if IP assigned.
If this works I would look at the MX records and make sure they are
not pointing to an IP number but and actual host name.
Other than this and possibly a few instances where the addressing of the
message was not matching the entries in the host or alias fields I can not
say I have heard this.
