Funny, I don't see this problem pop up unless the DNS is mis-configured.
The ones with mis-configured DNS are going to have problems with any
MTA.  Of course have your local DNS configured properly helps too.
I have spole with a lot of admins that did not have their DNS server set
to reload or clear their cache.  One had been running their own DNS for
almost 6 months and never reloaded.

I hardly think that is the MTA's fault.  Properly configured DNS is so
important to any mail server that this should not be ignored.
