Question/Problem: When I try to start the Web Messaging (or other
IMail service) it tells me, "service not installed."
Answer/Solution: One can install (and start) IMail's services at a DOS
prompt.
CD /imail
For Web Messaging:
iwebmsg -install
[snip...]
