Here is what I do. If I had an "info" alias I would FIRST create a mailbox for it named info. Then create a rule that sends everything sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to the info mailbox. Then create the auto response for that mailbox. Never could figure out the forwarding thing though. Mike Hopkins Webmaster Computer Resources Online Services Network I have found the most awesome search software in the world. I use mine everyday and I highly recommend it. We have one main mailbox setup with webmaster as the admin, and we have a nobody alias setup so that all messages sent to the domain are transferred to the webmaster. What I would like to do is to have autoresponders for [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] etc, but quite frankly, I am stumped:) I've tried to setup a different mailbox and named it sales and put in an autoresponder message, but when I send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] the autoresponder doesn't respond. My hosting company tells me to just use the vacation message, because the autoresponder doesn't work, but since others can use the autoresponder feature, I'm thinking mine doesn't work because it's not setup properly. I read the knowledge base article on autoresponders and it says the info manager in user properties allows one to setup an automated e-mail system and the info manager must be enabled. I don't see anything in my admin panel that says info manager either so I guess this could be the problem. If someone could point out to me how to setup an autoresponder properly, I'd really appreciate it. I'd be very willing to pay someone to walk me thru this process:) Thanks, Diane Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
