hmmmm...interesting...

I had this same problem with SLMail (SeattleLabs). CPU would shoot to 100%
utilization and shut down SMTP or even the whole server. Memory usage would
keep creeping up indicating a "memory leak". I was having to re-boot the
server once a day.

SeattleLabs didn't seem to be interested in my problem and wanted to blame
the problem on my hardware, so I went out and bought IMail. (Been a happy
ISP ever since.)

Running IMail on exactly the same hardware, an old AMI P133, has not shown
the same CPU problem. Running SLMail on a totally different hardware
configuration of hardware has shown erratic performance. Most of the time it
runs fine, but occasionally will go to 100% CPU and shut down.

I think I'm still at IMail 5.04
