[IMail Forum] 4. list serv problem

Has anyone ever experienced a problem where the users.lst of a mailing list
just disapears? Out of 20 custoemrs, I have 1 (my bggest) that has 2 lists.
twice in the past week now theyve lost the users.lst file.  Once from each
of them.  Seemingly without cause, the file just disapears form the
directory.
