Since Eudora specifies in the documentation to put
[EMAIL PROTECTED] in for the pop account I would say that
is part of the problem. Try telling NS and OE users to put
userid%mail.domain.com in for the account name and see if that
works.
The other could be DNS related. I would have to know more
about the setup to determine that.
