Post upgrade to Outlook Express 2000... users having problem sending and receiving
mail. Getting an error connecting to mail server.
The LAN environment just upgraded to MS Small Business Server which
includes MS proxy server 2.0. The install upgraded Outlook Express 97 to 2000. They
are able to access web IMail through the proxy server, but when trying to use Outlook
Express 2000, they get a "cannot connect to mail server mail.reliantwebhosting.com".
They've spent hours talking to Microsoft Support, and all of their settings in Outlook
2000 seem to be correct.
Are there any known issues with Outlook Express 2000 and IMail 5.06? What could the
problem be?
