[IMail Forum] URL in S~ rule

I am finding that I cannot trap messages using a rule which includes a URL
to be scanned for in the subject line.  It is important that this be an
exact match.

Is this caused by the presence of the colon (:) character, the tilde (~)
character or both?  I've tried enclosing the entire subject line in quotes,
to no avail.  I've also tried using URL encoding (i.e., %3a) for those
characters, again to no avail.

How do I get around this?  Any ideas?
