Access violations are security errors. An Imail service is trying to run or
access a component and unable to because of NT permissions. Can't tell you
what is wrong specifically, but if you review Ipswitch's recommendations and
your directory/file permissions, I'm sure you'll find the problem

I am installing the EMAIL server onto a machine with NT
Server 4.0 with Service Pack 5 with NOTHING else on the machine and I get this
specific error:
Exception: Access Violation at 0xc0000005
Address: 0x 00404b55
The weird thing is that the address is the SAME every
time....I have re-installed NT several times because I thought that was the
problem. Also I have downloaded from ipswitch the original file....nothing
seems to make the difference.
Any suggestions? Ideas?
