www.Allaire.com HomeSite editor (comes bundled with Dreamweaver, fwiw) is cheap and extremely popular with (professional) web developers.  Free eval version.  It's "extended replace" (all files in a "project", all open files, etc, etc) has saved us tons of time, even for files on a remote ftp site.  A little heavy for just your task, but worth a mention.
