Don't have the release notes handy, but I believe that 4.08
fixed a web messaging crash (along with POP3 and IMAP4 DoS
attacks). Your log shows that IMonitor is trying to check
"IWEBD" as the web service. The actual service name for web
messaging is "IWEBMSG" you can change it via the control
panel or icmon.exe. Thought that we had changeed the default
name in 4.<something>, but I guess not.
