My problem is I can't

If you give us your domain name, we can look at your DNS settings.
It sure sounds like a DNS pb. All you need one line in your DNS to assure
that seekers can find your Imail ip adress.
domain.com IN MX 5 mail.Imailmachine.com
mail.Imailmachine.com IN A <its ip address>
Ok, I screwed up, you need TWO lines to receive mail. The first list tells
seekers where to send mail for domain.com. The second line tells the ip
address where to find the "Mail Transfer Agent", ie Imail, machine.
Your sending works ok because the Imail machine can find the DNS machine in
order to find the destination mail servers. Just get the reverse process
working via your DNS, and you'll be ok.
