There was an alert in the press last week that said Javascript in HTML mail could get into your privates and form-submit them to wherever. ie, just opening the HTML mail msg has the browser execute the .js and do the dirty deed. hackers/spammer's heaven, read your entire cookie file. I have seen no response from MS or NS about this very nasty possbility. I have turned off HTML mail in my Eudora 4.2.2. Len ========================== >Could this 68K virus have enough built-in SMTP functionality to make direct >contact with the recipient's server? The program is definitely constructing >headers (this can be seen in the text of the executable), but could it be >playing SMTP gateway as well?
