I asked for this long ago and was told it was left out for security reasons
as it's to easy to execute an exe on NT.
I would really like to see this added. If you are concerned about it being a
security hole drop it as an optional exe.
Don't remember of you can assign someone as a list administrator, but if not
that should also be added.
Just don't add the ability to make someone an administrator of the whole
mail system.
