My guess would be that the Imonitor service is attempting to restart it when
it receives no response from a probe. If you have Imonitor checking the
Web Service uncheck the Auto-Restart and see if that helps.
Jason mentioned this in his suggestion also. Jason is right about another
things.. Make sure you have plenty of paging file. I would actually
recommend
three times the amount of physical memory.
