LOL
you are not alone.. I have the same problem with the well know UBB -
Ultimate Bulletin Board. (http://www.ultimatebb.com).
My Imail 5.09 seems not to be affected ...
There are some Y2k bugs ;))

Tried to apply the patches Q242378 / Q218877 from Microsoft. MFC40.DLL seems
to be the same as delivered with NT40 SP6. No luck with that one.
Changing system regional settings to US english didn't fix it, too.
Changing short date display to long format mm/dd/yyyy didn't fix it, too.
As WhatsUp Gold 353 generates status mails without Date (%d function), it
seems to be a general problem with the whole product line.

That is called a y2k bug :)
Sounds like ipswitch use MFC4 and maybe installed their own DLL not sure.
I do know that a few MFC applications that we have written are behaving
the same way. We replaced MFC40.dll (or something similar) with the latest
on from microsoft (stole it from a SQL6.5 y2k patch) and now dates are
working correctly..
