We are having the 1/3/100 problem with our web messaging as well (Imail server
version 4.07) (though intermittently depending on the browser used, which is
extremely puzzling right now).

After seeing the date format change suggestion in Ipswitch's support database,
we tried it, but it hasn't helped in our case. Pardon me for asking a question
which might seem stupid, but is it necessary to restart the entire server
after this step? If so, could it perhaps be included explicitly in the
support database
document, as server restarts are usually so disruptive to work that they
need to
be announced in advance?
