That works for incoming mail but does nothing for outbound... You could set
up the "copy all mail" and on the address you copy it to set up a rule
looking for his address in the header and discard everything else. This will
take care of both directions. It is a bit of processing overhead but nothing
to really worry about

Definitely possible, just enter a ., in the forward before the email
address you want to copy to. This will forward mail to both email
addresses.
For example:
., [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Copy the above, put it in the forward section and change the email
address to the one they want.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Possible to create an email account that auto

Hi ppl,
I have a customer wanting to create an email account (actual email
account, not alias) that will send a copy of ALL emails sent and
received to another email.
Is this possible? and if it is.... how do I go about it? Thanks.
SY Lim.
