Mike -
Which OS and Outlook is the user using?
I would Check File & permissions in the profile.
I would Delete the profile and recreate it. I have seen similar problem under
Outlook 97.
If they can open Outlook, try exporting all folders individually except the
corrupted one.

Subject: [IMail Forum] OT: PST Problems...
Recently, one of our users tried to open Outlook & got an error message
(which they couldn't remember!) & Outlook quit.
Long story short, the pst file had become corrupt. When I try to open it, or
a copy from a tape backup, I get a message that it isn't a personal folders
file.
Any suggestions?
