Try running scanpst.exe on it. Thee should be on on the machine in the Common Files area. Or in the i386 folder. However, from the sounds of it it sounds pretty KO'd already. Recently, one of our users tried to open Outlook & got an error message (which they couldn't remember!) & Outlook quit. Long story short, the pst file had become corrupt. When I try to open it, or a copy from a tape backup, I get a message that it isn't a personal folders file. Any suggestions?
