To my knowledge, this can't be done with a dynamic IP. Also, I'm assuming
that the Exchange server is carrying mail for a seperate domain than what's
being carried on the IMail server. What you want to do is set up IMail to
"Store & Forward" email for your domain, then have Exchange retrieve it
with an ETRN command when it dials up.
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19981216-CK06.htm has some information,
as does some other articles. Just do a search for "etrn" in the
kowledgebase at http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/

The zone records for the domain Exchange is carrying will show the Exchange
server's IP as primary MX for the domain, and the store&forward IMail
server as secondary MX.

As noted, the Exchange machine will need a static IP. There will be an
entry required in the hosts file of the IMail machine, there's a
step-by-step at http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990603-DM02.htm
