Hurricane wilma shut down our broadband-
 
so I had to go to dialup at home
 
I can not send mail via outlook-
 
It works fine via broadband with SAME settings at my office.   The settings were NOT changed.
 
error in outlook says

Task '613 - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted.  If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
 
 
 
 
If I send a TEST message  in outlook setup
 
ERROR says " the specifed server was found but no repsonse  from server... please verify port....."
